“I moved to The Foundry January 2021 and I have absolutely love living here. Management and maintenance are awesome . I can’t recommend this place enough, also so close to old Sacramento and midtown and right on the river walk and near tower bridge. The building itself is quite, clean and feel safe at all times”

“TBD IS THE BEST COMMUNITY EVER! We moved to Foundry late 2019, it was a new built building, we were the very first group living in. Leasing office was helpful, they replied every issues quick. The whole community is amazing, it’s so close to downtown and Tower bridge, on the same time has nature view and a long walking trail. Art in part activities held couple times, neighbors are super nice and quite. It’s so hard to find a place with city feel and not noisy at all. We had to move out due to work relocating, otherwise we would never willing to leave this community forever. Best housing experience in past five years at Sacramento!”

“Maintenance was prompt, kind, and attentive. A rowdy crowd shut off the buildings water valve overnight. I’m the first to wake up around 4am to let them know that we had no water. Maintenance was here within TEN minutes so early in the morning! He was so nice about it, too even though you can tell the emergency woke him up. I never have to wait long for maintenance requests throughout my time here.”
